Documents that may be requested include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or evidence of your payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.
Important: All information you provide to Milwinn must match your official CNIC records. Accounts where the name does not match the registered payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank account, etc.) will be flagged for review and may be suspended pending verification.
Your Milwinn account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Milwinn will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or telephone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Milwinn support immediately at support@milwinn.com so that appropriate security measures can be applied.
You may not share your Milwinn account with any other person or allow anyone else to access, use, or place bets through your account. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in under your credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally carried out that activity. Milwinn is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where that access resulted from your failure to protect your login credentials.
All Milwinn accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals will be displayed and processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees charged by Milwinn for transactions made in PKR.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Milwinn reserves the right to charge an administrative maintenance fee of Rs 200 per month on inactive accounts after this period. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. No fee will reduce your balance below zero. You can reactivate your account at any time by simply logging in.
Milwinn accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard. All payment methods must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your Milwinn account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and any such deposit may be returned and the account suspended.
Milwinn aims to process all withdrawal requests within 12 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash mobile wallet payments, and within one to three business days for bank IBFT transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. Milwinn does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Milwinn requires that a deposit has been used to place at least one qualifying bet before a withdrawal request is processed. This condition exists to prevent the platform from being used for money transfers rather than gaming. A qualifying bet means a real-money wager placed on any Milwinn game or market at standard odds — free bets and bonus-funded bets do not qualify unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms.

A bet is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation reference number. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome being displayed, Milwinn reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. This applies to live casino games, sports betting, Aviator, and all other Milwinn products. "If in doubt, void" is Milwinn's standard policy in genuine error situations.
Live (in-play) bets on Milwinn are placed in real time as events unfold. Live odds change continuously and a bet is only valid at the odds confirmed at the moment of placement. Milwinn uses automated systems to manage live odds and reserves the right to suspend live markets at any point during an event for operational or integrity reasons.
PSL betting on Milwinn is governed by standard cricket betting rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or declared a no-result by the official PSL governing body, bets will be settled according to Milwinn's cricket betting rules as published on the platform. Match-specific rules are always displayed before you place a bet and it is your responsibility to review them.
All casino games on Milwinn, including live casino, slots, and crash games like Aviator, are operated using independently certified random number generators (where applicable) or real physical equipment for live dealer games. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes for individual sessions. Live casino game results are determined by real physical actions — cards, wheels, and dice — and are not generated by software.
All bonuses and promotional offers on Milwinn are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is made. The following activities are strictly prohibited on Milwinn and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
Fraud and money laundering: Milwinn complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All suspicious financial activity is monitored and reported. Milwinn cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities in Pakistan and internationally.
Milwinn reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where suspension is required to protect the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players. In cases where a suspension is later found to be unwarranted, any forfeited funds will be reinstated.
You may close your Milwinn account at any time by contacting customer support at support@milwinn.com. Before closing your account, any remaining balance (minus any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Upon account closure, any active bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are immediately forfeited. Any balance derived from bonus winnings that has not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure may also be forfeited.
